Spring 2025 English Classes
BASIC INFORMATION
We have very basic English classes for students who are learning to speak, read, and write in English for the first time.
We have English classes for students who have studied English before, but want to improve their English.
We have childcare for children ages 0 to 5 years old.
We have classes 3 days per week, 2 hours per day.
Cost: $35. This helps us pay for books and class materials. You can pay in small amounts during the semester if you need to.

ALEXANDRIA ENGLISH CLASSES
First Baptist Church of Alexandria

Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Hours: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Classes start: February 4
Classes end: June 5

FAIRFAX ENGLISH CLASSES

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 9:30–11:30 AM
Classes start: February 3
Classes end: June 4

(2) Please come to the Fairfax location during one of these times to take a placement test and complete your registration.

At the appointment, we will have you read and speak in English so we know if we have a good class for you. We will also give you more information about our English program.
If you speak only a little English, the test will be shorter, around 30 minutes. If you speak a lot of English the test will be longer, around 1 hour.
We are sorry. Our childcare is full. We cannot take any new children right now.
