    Executive Director

    The Executive Director (ED) provides overall strategic and executive leadership for FTNDC and is accountable to the Board of Directors for the organization’s mission, health, sustainability, and execution of its strategic plan. The ED serves as FTNDC’s primary vision-caster, organizational leader, fundraiser, and external ambassador. Leading through an experienced senior leadership team, the ED sets direction, establishes priorities, makes sound and timely decisions, and creates the clarity and accountability necessary for effective execution. Above all, the ED models Christ-like love and service and keeps the Gospel central to FTNDC’s relationships, leadership, and ministry.

    Early Childhood Assistant, Alexandria (Part-Time)

    Early Childhood assistants provide a safe and nurturing space for the children of our adult ESOL students during daytime English classes, enabling parents to focus on their studies and helping children to thrive. This part-time role (9 -15 hours per week) is a critical part of our ministry to refugee and immigrant families. If you have a heart for cross-cultural ministry and have experience working with children, please apply! You must be at least 16 years old to apply for this position.

    Early Childhood Room Lead, Alexandria (Part-Time)

    Children’s Room Leads manage a team of 1-2 others workers, and together provide a safe, loving, and enriching experience for the children of our adult ESOL students during daytime English classes, enabling parents to focus on their studies and helping children to thrive. This part-time role (12 -15 hours per week) is a critical part of our ministry to refugee and immigrant families.
